Ooh pretty! I love the paper background, it's like something I'd use lol. And such a nice color of dark blue too. What character is this supposed to be? Personally, I could see it as either Luna or Nightmare Moon, but...oh wait *looks at #Hail-Nightmare-Moon group on the side panel* it IS Nightmare Moon! Great work, this is probably one of the most creative pieces of MLP fanart I've ever seen. Kudos!

To me this looks like a person with a hat, a large eye, and an open mouth. Is it suppose to look like anything specific? Really great work! :thumbsup:
